A little bit about me
Researcher @ Microsoft | Psychology Professor @ Guelph-Humber University

I've always been interested how technology affects people (e.g., my master's thesis was about the psychological impacts of seeing yourself on video conferences). From this, I knew I had to try a User Experience Research (UXR) career! Since, I worked at an A.I. company, a U.S. healthcare UX and engineering consulting company, a Canadian government-affiliated organization, and now Microsoft, where overall I focused on A.I., accessibility, the future of work, and employee experiences. I am so appreciative to be at Microsoft, working on Viva, an employee engagement service, as this merges many of my past experiences.
Besides research, I love teaching! I lecture an undergraduate psychology course at Guelph-Humber University. The best thing about the course I teach is that I get to advise students on how to be successful during and beyond their degree (e.g., how to find a job, networking strategies, etc.).
Apart from work, I love fitness classes, beach volleyball, hikes with my dog, cooking, and traveling.
Enough about me, let's connect where I can learn more about you!
